The policy and procedure changes dated Jan 30, 2011 were approved at the general membership meeting by a vote of 200 for (YES) and 36 against (NO). Click here to view the new ByLaws inclusive of these changes.
The association is required to submit a summary of all subdivisions that have wells to the State Water Commission each year.
Please submit this this form with your dues payment. You can also use the form to sign up to receive correspondence via e-mail instead of regular mail. This will help conserve resources and save your association time and money.
The By-Law changes allow for one newsletter and General Meeting per year, and to allow members to receive correspondence by e-mail. View the proposed By-Laws, or just the changes to the current By-Laws. If you cannot attend the Jan meeting, please vote by mailing in a Proxy form. Proxies must be received no later than Jan 18, 2011.

Spring and Cabin Ponds were stocked twice this year, once before Memorial Day and a second time the week before the 4th of July. for a second time this summer the week of June 28th.

As of June 29/30, the permanent cell tower is up and operational.
