Annual Dues are due Jan 1, and payments received after Jan 31, 2013 accrue late fees and interest charges. More information is available in the newsletter.
The water from the well pump on Remington Road and from the spring pipe is not safe to drink. Both water sources have tested positive for Fecal Coliforms, which can cause illness. The water can be made drinkable through various treatments, such as boiling, filtering or the addition of iodine or chlorine bleach.
Signs have been posted at both locations and the Association is exploring ways to correct this situation.
Water test results have been obtained and the reports are posted under Subdivision documents.
General Membership meeting will be Sunday June 12th at 1 PM at the Picnic Pavilion by Spring Pond. Meeting time is 1 pm and check-in begins at noon. We will be voting on 3 new Board members and we are still looking for more people to run for the board.
The next meeting of the General membership will be held in June of 2011 in Fairplay. This will be the last June meeting, as approved by the recent policy and procedure changes. 3 positions on the board of directors will be up for election at this meeting.
